    Pros: Lower cost than other automatic litterboxes

    Cons: Heavy, Messy and the waste cartridges aren't great

    I had two for about ten years. The waste cartridges had to be taped in place otherwise they would come unseated and you'd wind up with poop on the floor. When changing cartridges sometimes they would "pop" out unexpectedly and you'd get nailed in the... face with litter and other fun substances. The system uses lots of litter and is fairly heavy. I changed to the "Scoopfree" litterbox- no issues, no piles of poop on the floor and very easy to set up and change. It's more expensive but definitely worth it! Read more Less

    Company treats you like your stupid

    Pros: nothing

    Cons: dump everyday

    I called the company more than once and e-mailed a few times. I got one e-mail back and they informed that I needed to turn the box off and then turn it back on because it stopped scooping. Do they I'm really that stupid that I couldn't figure that o...ut, by myself before e-mailing them. To this day for the past three years they have never turned a call. They make so much money on their boxes; you would think they knew how to call a customer back. You have to dump the tray everyday or it will back up then stop scooping. So going on a vacation you still need someone come over a dump the tray? The trays can be used several times before you have to throw them away that are why I gave it three stars on “Features”. Overall it’s nice not to scoop poop every day, but the box should last more than 8-12 months before the motor burns out. I have the motor burn up half way through scooping. Read more Less
