Pros: Sturdy, simple vise, $, 10 seconds to set up

Cons: Attachment of slats to frame doesn't look strong

Here's what it's all about: the front wood slat is attached to a screw mechanism and works sort of like a vise. It moves about 4" in and out when you turn the handles. The two rear wood slats are removable and can be locked in at various distances fr...om the front slat so you can clamp small or large things. The four legs fold in and out. The whole tabletop can be tilted and locked vertically 90 degrees. The unit is very sturdy and makes good use of the stamped steel frame geometry for rigidity while not weighing too much. It folds flat for storage. The folding mechanism is such that it will not accidentally collapse on you. Read more Less
