    Pros: Functionality

    Cons: Camera Resolution

    I bought this phone as I was always forgetting my Palm. Now my Palm and phone are the same unit. That has saved me many times. All of the functions this unit does makes it a winner, fantastic. In the beginning it took a bit to get all of them set up ...but since then its been a breeze. I am alwasy finding out more capabilities that didn't know of.I don't understand some other people that say the email is not good. I have never had a problem with the email, SMS or text messaging. Also if you don't like the small keys then you can always use the stylus on the screen like the old palm. I tend to use both. I do love the fact you can be on a call with the earbud in and look at a spreadsheet or other program at the same time. Also never had a problem with the unit, seems to be built well.Great unit!!!
