    Pros: Makes great coffee

    Cons: No repair service

    I've purchased 5 of these, 2 for myself and 3 as gifts. All 5 failed within 18 months. When I called Keurig for service they offered to sell me another for 149.00. Cosco was selling them for 129.00. Very disappointed that Keurig does not stand behind... their product. Needless to say never purchased another one. Read more Less

    I bought one for my daughter.for ChristmasIt lasted for 12 months then broke down.I payed good money for this.I just bought her a new box of coffee for this machine.She only got to use a couple of them What a Waste of Money.which is not cheap.very di...sappointed in this product.     Keurig Failure

    Pros: Good coffe when it works

    Cons: Program or electronic issues

    While it lasted, about 4 months, it was great. That was over a year ago. Machine operate intermittent. Once the cup size is selected & the start button is pushed, the machine may or may not operate. I sometimese have to open the door and re-select fi...ve or six times to get a cup, and then I don't know if I'll get the correct amount. Upon my initial complaint, Keurig promised to have a service tech call, I'm still waiting, after a year. Not worth the powder it would take to blow it to ,,,,,. Read more Less

    Pros: One cup of coffee at a time

    Cons: NONE

    I order a lot of different K Cups and I can have over 10 varieties of cofee in the morning...whatever I have a taste for! I have the coffee shipped to my house but I can also buy they K cups at local stores. You can also brew your favorite coffee if ...it doesn't come pre-packaged with the special attachment.     Pros: Great coffee,easy,fast

    Cons: water tank not big enough,expensive coffee

    This will be the best coffee you've ever had...We have bought one for everyone in the family. We use the little filter that you can put your own coffee though. The green mountain coffee can get a bit expensive if you're a big coffee drinker. It's fas...t and easy, a fresh cup each time. We have had this one for three years and still works great.     Pros: quick, hot coffee, many flavors and levels of brew

    Cons: haven't found any yet

    I just bought my third Keurig coffee maker. I now have one for both my houses and one to give to my son and his future wife. We just love them! Easy, no muss, no fuss and in the long run cheaper than throwing out 1/2 a pot of stale coffee every day. ...Make just what you want to drink. I can have a flavored or decaf cup and my husband can have a bold regular cup and my son can have tea and my grandson can have hot chocolate---all within 3 minutes! Read more Less

    I love the fact that they have a wide variety of flavors and you can use it for tea too! A cup of coffee is ready in about 3 min from heat to serve. It also has a handy timer when you want it to turn on and when you want it to turn off.The coffee tas...tes better than most of the high dollar coffee shops. Read more Less

    Pros: Excellent selection/No Waste

    Cons: Smallish Water Tank

    For 50 cents a cup you can't beat it. There is a great selection to choose from and more than just coffee's.

    I get two sizes to choose from so I can take it weak or strong as I like it.

    If you but the big boxes at BJ's it is only 43 cents a cup.
