Nice way to Teach... But What was being taught?
Pros: The DVD features aided in this out of the classroom lesson. Carmen was pleasant and kept count through all of the learning the routine segments. If you learn quickly, you can skip ahead and just practice the routine.
Cons: The dances were cheasy. The music was awful.
I've done dance all my life. I'm in shape.
This was not a workout at all for me. It was cheesy. I memorized the routine after the first time through and then I was done with the program. It wasn't worth the price for me-- I resold it.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoSave Your Money
Pros: Different dvds that can keep you interested
Cons: not much of a challenge
I bought the full set after hearing a person lost alot of weight using the dvds. I recommend maybe buying one or two of the dvds because there is not much to the workout.
