    Waste of Time and Money

    Pros: Double Boiler allowed for Hot drinks to be prepared quickly

    Cons: Manufactured Poorly and Terrible Customer Service

    I purchased this machine one year and 6 months ago. For the first 8 months it performed well and I was pleased overall. On average between my husband and myself we had on average 2 lattes a day. At 8 months the LCD screen went due to the front panel ...not being sealed properly and there was cracking around the screws that the manufacturer put in which caused the steam to damage the electrical inside. It eventually stopped working altogether when I contacted the manufacturer they told me the wrranty had expired and they would not cover the cost of the repair. The company we purchased it from ended up negotiating on our behalf and had it fixed. We have now had it back fully restored for 5 months and the pump and boiler hs now burned out on it. We have now thrown it out and purchased a different machine from Costco. Even if the one we purchsed from there does break down we will not be out almost a thousand dollars as they have excellent customer service. Overall the product did not meet my expectations and the company customer service was worse than walmarts! Read more Less
