    Pros: extra memory if it worked.

    Cons: I could get it to install on any of my computers

    I spent a few hundred dollars and 8 hours with an expert as well as a month trying to installed it myself. I decided not to send it in to the company. I didn't need anymore headaches w/this hard drive. It doesn't come with a C.D. so you have to insta...ll your own drive. There is a temporary on-line service that you sign up when you install it, which makes it more confusing, so you don't even know it isn't working for 30 days.
