    Pros: extra memory if it worked.

    Cons: I could get it to install on any of my computers

    I spent a few hundred dollars and 8 hours with an expert as well as a month trying to installed it myself. I decided not to send it in to the company. I didn't need anymore headaches w/this hard drive. It doesn't come with a C.D. so you have to insta...ll your own drive. There is a temporary on-line service that you sign up when you install it, which makes it more confusing, so you don't even know it isn't working for 30 days. Until you are literally locked out of your computer files. I saw others on their forum saying the same thing, Read more Less
